Using this website
This website is operated by 247 Encinitas Water Damage Restoration, 499 N El Camino Real, Encinitas, CA 92024. It provides general information about water damage and mold in the Encinitas area. By using it you agree to these terms.
The content is general information, not professional, legal, engineering, medical or insurance advice. Every property and every policy is different, so check your policy with your insurer and ask a qualified professional about your specific situation.
Calls and call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. By continuing a call after hearing this notice you consent to recording.
Scope, pricing and approvals
Restoration work begins only after the scope of work and the way the price is built have been explained to you and you have approved them. Pricing depends on the water category, the affected area, the materials involved, drying days and equipment, and rebuild scope.
Information on this site about costs, drying times or repair sequences is general. Your assessment and scope are what apply to your property.
Insurance
We document damage with moisture readings, photographs and itemized scopes, but we do not decide insurance claims. Coverage and payment are determined by your policy and your insurer.
Third-party services and links
This site embeds Google Maps and loads Google Fonts, and it may mention public agencies and their websites. We do not control those services, and their terms and privacy policies apply to them.

We work to keep this site accurate, but we do not warrant that every statement is complete or current. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions made only on the basis of general information on this website.
We may update these terms, and the current version is always posted here. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. For questions, call (760) 769-1159 or see the contact page and the privacy policy.
