How to reach us
Phone, 24/7
Call (760) 769-1159 at any hour. This site has no contact forms, because a call gets you first steps immediately.
Address
499 N El Camino Real, Encinitas, CA 92024
contact@247encinitaswaterdamagerestoration.com. Email is for general questions, and emergencies should always go to the phone line.
If water is spreading, call first and write later. Dispatch can tell you what to do in the next few minutes, which email cannot.
What to tell dispatch
- Your address and ZIP code, so we can confirm we serve your location.
- Where the water came from, such as a pipe, an appliance, a roof or the street.
- Which rooms are wet and roughly how long the water has been there.
- Whether water is near outlets, a panel or gas appliances, or whether sewage is involved.
- Whether you rent or own, and whether an insurance claim is likely.
None of that needs to be perfect. If you do not know where the water started, say so, and dispatch will help you work it out.
A one-minute checklist before you call
- Make it safeStop the water if you can reach the valve. If water is near outlets, a panel or a gas appliance, leave the area and call the utility or 911 first.
- Take quick photosPhotograph the source and the wet areas. Phone pictures are enough, and your insurer will want them.
- Note the basicsWrite down your address, how long the water has been present and which rooms are affected.
- Find your policyIf you have your insurance policy or claim number handy, have it nearby, though you do not need it to call.
If you cannot do any of this, call anyway. Dispatch will walk you through the first steps in order.
Not sure it is an emergency?
Water that is still moving, any amount of standing water, sewage, water near electrical equipment and a collapsing ceiling are all reasons to call right away. A small stain that has not changed in weeks is less urgent, though it can still point to a hidden leak.
When in doubt, call. Dispatch can tell you whether the situation can wait until morning, what to watch for and which service page fits, and the services overview explains the options in the meantime.
What happens next
After the call, a technician assesses the property with moisture meters, explains the scope and tells you how the price is built before any work starts. Same-day response is offered when it is available, and we do not promise an arrival time.
Not sure which service you need? The services overview matches common situations to the right page, and the service area page lists the towns we serve.
Visiting the office
Our address is on North El Camino Real, one of the city's main north-south roads, close to Interstate 5. Please call before visiting, because crews and dispatch work around the clock and no one is at the desk to greet walk-ins. The map below shows the location.
